We are looking for a highly capable and diligent Auditor.
PREDEEVO’s Audit Department is expanding, and we are seeking to recruit a dynamic, motivated and highly capable Junior Auditor to join us in our offices in Larnaca.
The successful candidate will join a growing professional team and will be involved in a variety of audit engagements, working with both local and international clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of audit assignments in accordance with ISAs and IFRSs.
- Perform audit testing procedures including vouching, reconciliations, and analytical reviews.
- Prepare and document audit working papers in line with audit methodology.
- Assist in the evaluation of clients’ internal controls and identify potential issues.
- Gather, check, and analyze financial information to support audit conclusions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to collect necessary documentation and resolve queries.
- Support senior auditors in the preparation of audit reports and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, financial reporting standards, and regulatory changes
- Reporting directly to Senior Auditors and Audit Partner.
Skills/Experience:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of audit experience
- Knowledge of IAS and IFRS’s
- Currently pursuing or planning to pursue a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA)
- Knowledge of Caseware will be considered an advantage
- Fluent in Greek and English language (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (especially excel)
- Ability to work within a team environment and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude with a pleasant personality
